Our Training Programs

StaffUp ASAP offers structured, online learning pathways designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge of professionals in contemporary vocational rehabilitation.

Each program is self-paced, built around short, accessible lessons (about 15 - 20 minutes each), and includes opportunities for connection and support through a facilitated Community of Practice.

Training focuses on five key skill areas, called Transformational Competencies:
Foundations | Caseload Management | Counseling | Individualized Services | Career Guidance

  • Courses are modular and stackable—typically 3 hours each.
  • A series of courses earns a micro-credential (about 15 hours).
  • Completing several micro-credentials leads to a certificate (approximately 45 hours), creating a clear pathway from entry-level learning to advanced credentials

All trainings are mobile-friendly, accessible, and designed to fit busy schedules.
